Return Policy – Flooring Materials

We accept returns of flooring materials under the following conditions:

1. Return Window
   Unopened and unused boxes of flooring materials may be returned within 30 days from the original order date.
2. Condition of Materials
   • Items must be in new, unopened, and unused condition.
   • Opened, installed, or used materials cannot be returned.
3. Restocking Fee
   All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
4. Proof of Purchase
   A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
5. Refund Method
   Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment after returned materials are inspected and approved.
6. Non-Returnable Items
   • Opened boxes
   • Installed or used flooring materials
   • Special-order or custom materials (if applicable)
7. Return Authorization
   Please contact us prior to returning materials to receive return instructions and authorization.
